| Fill out the entry form above in its entirety. Submit the entry form by December 31, 2008. No exceptions will be made. Limit one (1) entry per household. | Winner Selection: |
| One winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries that have been properly submitted. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. |
| Prizes: |
| One cruise will be given away at the end of the promotion period. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prizes permitted. The prizes will be awarded and the winners will be notified within two (2) weeks after verification of their eligibility. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. |
